The bralette.

After years of getting pissed off with underwired bras, the barely-there feeling of a stretchy, non-underwired garment is a revelation.

Added bonus that many are completely sheer and display my nipples beautifully, and as my size seems to be 40C they fit much more closely than cupped bras.

How do they differ from bras. The cheaper ones look different like a fitted crop top but the more expensive lacy ones look just like a bra.

Personally I go for underwired bras with lots of side support. I then cut the cups out of them so my nipples poke through my blouses.

Rather than a shaped cup, they're usually just a triangle of fabric with a stretchy band rather than underwired. Much more comfortable than underwired and as they fit closer on a male chest, sexier to my eyes.

I think they look nice on a crossdresser too. You don't have to have anything going on in the breast department to fill it out. An empty bra just looks silly.

Open to accusations of attention-seeking but I just posted a pic that I think illustrates the point (or two of them )

I just cut the wire out, tiny slit, slide it out, easy, still padded, still shaped, never any pain.

I love the colour but you could make more of what you've got by buying an underwired bra with side support and cutting out the cups.

I think this is your thing and that's fine, but I'll be buying bralettes from now on. No more wires for me!
