"There’s a lack of it! Had guys come from their home with a stinky penis and met a guy at his place asking me to finger his hole when he obviously hadn’t washed recently. So anti social and ignorant." That sounds grim but does it mean there is a lack of it generally or just that you were unfortunate to experience it?

"I think some if this comes from guys who have the " if your playing in a mud hole don't complain if you get covered in mud" mentality Well that won't do for me at all If you don't want to douche because it's uncomfortable, or messy or messes with your natural bacteria be up front about it. Guys can make an informed choice in that case." You are right.

"It’s a common problem with new guys. Also had a guy with smegma under his helmet recently." Oh dear, that's a grim record 😕! Heat of the moment / casual encounters are a gamble; controlled and pre-planned meets shouldn't be, not in that respect. Not passing judgement here - I have had my own near-brushes (!) with the soap-shy, and well, this can be challenging! What I find extraordinary is their very casual approach to this, er, behaviour, as if it was something natural and expected, nothing to apologise for or explain, when meeting someone. Well, it is natural strictly speaking, but it can be "too" natural sometimes🤦🏽♂️Er...feeling queasy, excuse me a moment.....

I’m worried someone will turn up with no idea what hygiene means and I will have put a lot of effort into arranging the meet and making sure I’m as clean as possible.
