I try to read my messsged the next time I come online. Some folk seem to go days without reading them even though they have often been online.

Because not everyone does everything in the same way is the root cause.

For some I think they save up their answering for certain times, when they can give it more attention perhaps, or when they have a message they feel energised to respond to.

Harsh reality is that no one is entitled to anyone's reply. Many of us try out best to reply to everyone out of politeness but I admit sometimes I've come on and just ignored a handful due to mood or tiredness and I forget that I read it.

I find there's so many fake and scammer profiles on here. That is often why messages go unread. They'll engage to hook you and then seemingly never log in again.

Check out timings on how long they've been a member too...most are within their 1st hour on the site.

Some folk get so many it’s impossible to read them all. Also when you have lots of unread messages you scroll down and it has to keep reloading and you end up starting again from the top.

Yeah a few of my guys do this been online several times hasn't read message then when they want you.. you get a reply

I find the same. I just get on with it now. If they want to respond that's fine.
