I use it occasionally.

I have 50mg tablets. It helps but if your mind is not on the job it probably won't help.

Takes about half an hour to take affect, usually with some sort of stimulation.

Personally I don't get any headaches etc. Occasionally flushed cheeks.

Take with a glass full of water. And not at mealtimes or on a full stomach.

Use it quite a bit, gives me a raging hard on. I found the kamagra jellies better, not had any for a while tho. I have heard it’s dodgy to use with P@ppers but I’ve never had any issues.

I have been using Sildenafil (generic Viagra) for a year or so since I met my current female partner.

I had 20 sessions of radiotherapy for prostate cancer cancer, which left me unable to ejaculate, and rarely able to get a full erection.

I take half a pill. Takes effect in about 30 minutes. Very mild side effects of slight flushing of the face and blocked-sinus feeling.

I and others have found that it delays ejaculation, in fact it can be quite hard to reach, then you’re ready to go again almost straight away, obviously this will vary from person to person and depend on the dose.

Dr has given me 5mg daily tadalfil ( Cialis)

As it also lowers BP and helps prostate.
