Treat your first visit as nothing more than going to enjoy the facilities - like any other sauna. Whatever happens after that is a bonus, but trust me, after your first visit your nerves will drain away. Everyone inside will have felt the same nerves as you, and they managed to cross the threshold

Stop overthinking the situation, there really is nothing to be scared of, they don't have big neon signs saying "GAY SAUNA" no-one will judge you, have some sexy fun, chill at the bar with other guys, it's all pretty relaxed.

I wouldn't consider naked days as jumping in at the deep end, I've always felt that wearing a towel was silly, on my first ever visit I wore the towel for about 10 minutes or so until I realised that lots of people weren't wearing them.

It can be frightening at first but don't think of it.

Just like going to the gym you get naked only at the sauna stay naked . Yes guys will look just like you look at them . You will see guys having sex don't think about it just join in.

After that first visit it gets easier and easier.

As others have said, the hardest step is getting there

Once you're actually there, you can do what you like

You don't have to have fun with anyone, you could just chill out in the steam room etc. to acclimatise and then see how you feel about 'progressing'
