A good (straight) friend of mine has one. He says the only drawback is pissing in two directions at the same time. May depend on how it is done, if it is “up and over”[under and out the through the Jap Eye] (which is what he has) or side to side.

I have had mine 20+ years never had any issues with it. Had plenty of compliments about how it feels (sexually)

Was asked to remove it once he was worried about damaging condom wasn’t a problem for me to remove it. Damaging a condom has never happened to me
