Pan fried salmon with herb butter, rocket and lamb's lettuce salad and sliced potatoes fried in the same juices and butter as the fish. Tiramisu with ice cream to follow (though might just have Stilton cheese instead of the dessert, depends....).

Do you toast those too or just kind of smear them all over the toast?

Rump steaks done rare, with peppercorn sauce made from scratch (chopped shallots, ground peppercorns, sherry vinegar and double cream), sides green beans with garlic and lemon, and baked sweet potato slices.

I'm not normally one to blow my own culinary trumpet but the pepper sauce was absolutely fucking epic and a million times better than shop-bought.
