He's hated by many Scots because a few years ago he tried to playing anti Scottish card, to suck up to the right wing British nationalists and Establishment, no idea why, Scotland is nothing to do with his remit as the Mayor of London.

Anyway it backfired, the right wingers and nationalists he was trying to impress, still hated him, and now many left wing Scots who would previously have been sympathetic to him, or at least indifferent to him, now hate him too.

Ironically he's a bigot who tried to whip up anti Scottish sentiment a few years ago to try to suck up to British nationalists.

It failed, they still hate him, and now we do too.
