You can message the admins to ask to change to TV/TS, but there's no option to be a woman on here.

Yep, admin are pretty good about changing it but as said, female isn't an option, just TV/TS then big up your preferred identity on your profile if you think anyone will ever read it

Even if you could change your profile what purpose would it serve. You’d still be a male masquerading as a woman. If you want to change your profile to TV/CD then that’s more honest.
