Heroes vs Greenhouse

Thinking about plucking up the courage to go to either Heroes in Stourbridge or Greenhouse in Darlaston sauna. Which would you recommend for a Saturday after noon?

Greenhouse is bigger and therefore gets busier. Heroes is smaller and more intimate so it might be better for your first time.

I go to the Greenhouse a couple of times a month.

For a first visit I'd suggest going early, about 10 o'clock when they open.
