I gave up smoking over 15 years ago with the help of e-cigarettes, as they used to be known. I'd tried and failed with numerous other methods, vaping was the only thing that worked. I'm not even sure it was the nicotine I was addicted to as I was down to zero nicotine within a couple of weeks. In my case I believe I was more of a habitual smoker, and I gave up vaping within a year. I don't drink alcohol either, gave that up a long time ago but still enjoy alcohol-free. | |||
