Well it obviously depends on the age of the couple really, but men who sleep with men has always been seen as far more transgressive of norms and gender roles. That's the homophobia of it all.

There is a stigma around sexual health and bi men. It is assumed that we are all hanging around the park, bumming willy nilly with any old scrote that happens to cum along and exchanging diseases like panini football stickers.
