Metal not only looks better, it is more hygienic and easier to clean. Go as small as possible, believe it or not, its more comfortable.

Look on eBay, I have 4 and all different, the only thing to get right is the ring behind your balls and cock, too small and it’s uncomfortable for me after 3 hours, so try a 50 mm ring to start, if it’s too big get another cage, with the same pins connecting it to the base ring, I have found them to be all the same and now have a 50mm ring that I can fit cages to that I bought that the ring didn’t fit on.

Also metal everyday, I have also found, even with my smaller cage, pull your skin back so knob sits in the end properly, if your foreskin is pushing through the cage, even plastic ones it rubs on your underwear and can make you walk funny!! Especially in a tight lace thong, I love it!

Plastic ones are good too. 2 of my favourites are plastic. Cherrykeeper or Holy trainer are the best type for plastic long term wearing

if your starting buy a cheep plastic one

that comes with three or four back rings then try them all till you find correct size then buy a good steel one with the chosen ring size and cage of your choice

i did this and ended up with a 40 mm back ring buy and enjoy xx

Also recommend House of Denial. They’re great quality and good service.

If your gonna wear for extended periods you need something that is well made and comfortable

Start with the basics, don’t immediately go for a flat cage or an extreme design.
