If you're just using a web browser then download Opera it's got a free VPN - you do need to configure it though

Hi!

Simple. Go to your App Store. Download a free VPN. Once downloaded, open VPN app and simply hit connect to network or something similar.

Once connected, come out of app, return to your browser, problem solved.

I installed Opera Mini to get around the new age verification law only to find i've never been asked to verify my age on here, i guess i just look old in my pics.

I still use it to access porn though, no hassle and dead simple to use.

I choose to pay for Express VPN so I'm not bothered by ads. Works like a dream. One can pretend to be anywhere. I'm usually in the US. Remember to disconnect before Internet shopping or all you'll get served retailers from your host country, and on the phone you'll need to drop it before joining a guest wifi that requires you to fill in a sign in page (gym/train/hotel/pub whatever)

Some vpns can be slow, paid for ones like Nord tend to be quicker. If you're going to use it for video or gaming your going to want a paid one. Also if you're using public WiFi, like Starbucks etc, you should be using a VPN any way regardless of accessing porn or not.

I've been a user of Cyberghost 👻 for over 15yrs. Used to live in Asia and wanted to access UK telly, I use it the other way now being able to access TV from across the world. ☠️

I usually use Ireland as a server base. No ID checks needed on any porno sites.

There are some free VPN software available (Proton VPN free edition is one that I know is quite good), this will direct all internet traffic through the VPN tunnel. As others have said the Opera web browser has a built in VPN but this is only used by the Opera browser NOTHING ELSE. When connecting the VPN you need to select an overseas access point. Note that websites will display in the language of the country access point selected e.g. if the access point selected is in France the web site will be displayed in French as that is where it thinks you are.

Brave browser works very well for this too, plus, if you like watching stuff on YouTube, Brave blocks out all the youtube adverts.

I have occasionally the need to use a VPN. I have access to several I’ve set up for customers but sometimes when travelling I need to disguise my location or IP address. I use winguard pro. Never had any issues with it. I have even installed the profile on my router as it doesn’t install on a fire stick.

The free version works great but you only get 2gb per month. This increases to 10 GB if you register and confirm your email address. The pro version has unlimited data and server access and is needed if you are streaming

Also, if you have a decent home Internet Security package on your home computer, you may well already have access to a VPN. If your package allows you to install on multiple devices and you have a spare licence then you can use it on your mobile phone.

Opera browser and free VPNs really slow things down, it's better off paying for something like Nord or Surfshark. I use Surfshark for other stuff and it's really good, I have it on all my devices.

With regards to trying to sidestep age verification though, it's easier to just get verified using a free email address from Mail.com or Proton. Most of the porn sites will direct you to AgeGo, you only need to verify the once.
