North London (outer)

I used to suffer from nauticals quite badly in my early 40's. My GP referred me to my local hospital who removed them, although I can't remember if I had a local or general anesthetic.

Recovery takes a couple of weeks but it's well worth having it done, I haven't suffered from farmers ever since.

My GP prescribed a stronger version of Anusol for me. Took about a week but it worked. Also Anusol suppositories work

Funnily enough I had a BBC in me last week and left me with the exact same thing

After spending £££’s at the pharmacy, GP had to give me prescribed creams etc - yet to see improvement

Gonna sound really weird.. but Google and go with me on this one..

Sprinkle sugar on them!

Use TP or a cotton pad to hold the sugar there and whip your keks up for an hour or 2.

Something to do with osmosis and the fluid content. It's my goto now before anusol or similar.

Plus a gentle massage in the shower 🧼 🚿 in efforts to get the blood flowing. 👌 😉

Suppositories work much better than the cream and as someone else has said, there are stronger ones available from your gp which were the only ones that worked for me before I had them removed.

Early doors on here I was dildoed by a guy but he used a thick one

I got a pea sized humorous but anusol cleared it off

Dildo did nothing for me wouldn’t do it again

I was bummed stupid when I was younger. Spent 25 or more years with itchy giblets. Just assumed they were here to stay, so, can they be sorted? If so I've a comedy GP appt coming up.

So I had these from a relatively young age... never been fucked so speed bumps not an issue for me but I have toyed once or twice and that does leave me sensitive

So you were fucked last week, spent £££’s at the pharmacy to no avail, (presumably gave it a day or two) managed to get a GP appointment and got prescribed. All this in a week?

penzance

I got them a long time ago after sitting on concrete in my wetsuit after a dive, drove me nuts. I used to fill sink with cold water and sit my ass in it, seemed to calm it for me and they went after a week or so. But I have been prone to them ever since but they seem to sort themselves out after a short time.

As previously stated, it's possible to have a hemorrhoidectomy if the problem is severe enough. There's nothing remotely comedic about it though.
