"Hi, not new to the scene, have dipped in and out over a number of years. Recently I have been more active as in attending events and enjoying myself. The challenge for me is the come down after having fun, as I cannot be Lola 24/7. I struggle with it a lot, going back to the everyday hum drum. Just needed some advice or asking the question, how do others deal with it, or do you get it all all. Thank you for taking the time to read this xx" Sorry I know little about the subject, but can understand how you may feel with the come down / anticlimax afterwards. It reminds me of the anticlimax after a lovely holiday, I always try to have another one booked to look forwards to in the future which seems to help with the issues of mind. So perhaps you could apply a similar philosophy to being Lola, always have a future event or meeting to look forwards to? Just a thought hope it helps. Also Madame Boots' suggestion to have photographs to look at sounds like a great suggestion too. All best wishes for Christmas and a Happy and Healthy 2026. 🧑🎄🎄 | |||
