I understand why some TVs may wear them - to hide an older or a masculine face or maybe some facial hair - but I’m not sure I’d want to meet somebody who wears one.

Not for me, I think they look creepy and honestly if you're going to have sex with a man, even if a CDTV, it seems a bit daft having accessories that try to deny his maleness. I feel the same about fake tits TBH.

I'm all for a man in pretty lingerie but more than that's too much for me.
