Find one local to you, check out what facilities they have, go and just use them and take a walk around, maybe go as soon as it opens to be the first one there to walk round and get your bearings? Take it step by step, maybe call with your questions? Then you can relax and be submissive which won’t take you long

Best bet initially will be the dark room of the GH booths. Everyone there for same thing.

My best advice when first going to a male only sauna is to try and think that you are just going to a normal sauna, nothing else, just a normal health spa type place.

It takes away a whole raft of nerves and once your through the doors, towel round waist wandering it doesn't take long to relax.

You don't need someone to take you, you're an adult. Just man up and walk in with your head high, no one will know it's your first time and no one cares anyway. Once you're though the door it will all become obvious, stop procrastinating.
