Ive given and taken quite a bit of a cbt over the years. The trick is to experiment to see how much you can take. Tieing isnt the best for creating blue balls tbh as it wont be long before thebstring/rope becomes painful. A tight metal cock ring does the job - your balls will go purple, swell, and go hard, especially if you edge for a while. You'll need to cum and go soft to get out of it though, it might take a while for swelling to reduce enough. You can also do it with a small silicone ring and then cut it off. Don't restrict blood flow longer than 45 mins to an hour. Cbt is fun but can be dangerous. Extreme pain or blackness is a sign to stop.
