Being a man of a certain age I am aware that sometimes I have a problem with piles. However recently got fucked by a guy with a PA which has left me with bleeding. Dr says piles have been damaged by the PA. (Dr knows I'm gay and I know he is too). Anyone else had something similar?

Haemorrhoids are a pain in the ass! Literally!!!! Suppositories can really help especially the ones from the doctors that you have to store in the fridge

Hemmarriods are caused by irritation of the anal wall during bowel movement. Bowel movement thats constipated is usually the cause. Hit the root cause by adding enough fibre to diet like oats, brocoli, artichokes and such. Once hemorrhoids are under control enjoy.

I doubt the PA specidically caused the damage. Sounds like the doctor is making excuses to shame you into accepting that theyre too fucking lazy to give you appropriate treatment for your health ailment. How you got piles and how they started bleeding is irrelevant. Get them treated pal. Meantime, suppository up the bum should bring some relief.

Dr gave me suppositories and gel. Knowing Dr as I do I believe him when he says PA might have caught the end of a pile a nicked it, causing the bleeding. Have known the Dr for many years before he became my Dr. In fact he has fucked me in local sauna several times

Has worked for me twice now. Something to do with water and moisture transference. They shrink quickly.
