I’ve just had prostate surgery, and unfortunately, I’m one of the unlucky ones that now have retrograde orgasms. (Dry orgasm)

Anyone else suffer from this?

I miss the physical release of ejaculating but the climax/orgasm is still good.

I find some guys are put off if they can't receive a load but most are still ok with a dry cum. I only ever wear condoms so it doesn't really make a difference.

Oral is the main difficulty but I've met guys who just like to bring you to a shivering wreck without the load to swallow.

In summary, yes it's restricted some fun but otherwise sex is still good.

Keep optimistic and try to adapt to your new normal.

I can sympathise with you as I've had prostate surgery and can now only dry orgasm. I can appreciate that some people have far worse to deal with but I find it very frustrating!

A retrograde orgasm is a dry orgasm, but not all dry orgasms are retrograde.

A retrograde orgasm means your semen is released into your bladder.

Men who have had prostate removal surgery don't produce any semen at all so their orgasms are dry.
