There was a Boxing Day swim at Dover and 200 brave English souls braved the cold water but 500 came back..

I wonder why most people compliment me, but women always put me down.

Just had a woman say my thighs are too muscly. But my waist line is better than hers?

I said it’s because I control my diet and work out every day, suggested she try it.

I now feel I’ve been equally as diminutive?

She walked off calling me an attention seeker.

It’s made me feel a bit sad.

Can we just be nice to each other? Please xx
