I finished the last of my Turkey today by making a broth with Carrot and potato.

Last night's meal was excellent as I made Turkey chow mein.

What did you all do with your left overs?

About 4kg of a cooked 5kg butterfly joint is now in the freezer, awaiting reuse whenever we can stand to eat turkey again

I made. Turkey and vegetable broth yesterday, with Herby dumplings.

Today I finished it if by mixing up a fresh bowl of sage and onion stuffing mixed in with the chopped turkey meat to keep it moist, cranberry jelly and Chinese five spice, enveloped in a plaited puff pastry case and baked.

Smells divine.

Left-over nibbles on Boxing Day, then a couple of sandwiches saw the turkey finished.

I haven't had any this year. I like it but it's not been a choice anywhere I have been.

Not many leftovers. I bought a half price salmon side. I had to bend it to get it into the freezer. Now it's stiff, ooh errr, it won't come out. How are we going to eat a side of salmon between 2 of us. Hot, cold. Salmon curry anyone
