It's not a good idea to douche too often. That way you wash out all the good bacteria and lube that your body produces. I douche when I have something planned. I doesn't take long to clean out properly if I'm being fucked, at least not for me. If I'm being fisted, then a bit longer. A good diet is important. Lots of fibre..
