Try changing a habit/ embracing a new habit, e.g.

make time to do 10 press ups after you brush your teeth

I resorted to Weighwatchers and lost 3 stone. Keeping it off is the hard bit! Good luck however you chose to do it, you WILL feel better without the extra bulk

I think most people could lose weight with changing what we eat and increasing exercise on a daily basis, this is what I plan to do and eating more protein

I'm going to start. More exercise better eating habits. Try to get my head around the idea and have a positive attitude to getting fitter

I say this every New Years Day, beginning of Lent, my birthday and various other days. Doesn't seem to happen though

I've struggled keeping weight under control most of my life. Exercise is good for health but does little in helping you loose weight, it's all about you eat. Google how far you have to run to burn off a muffin! Only thing that has worked for me is a low fat, high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Lean meat fish diary leafy veg and hardly any carbs. Difficult to start, but once ypu do, the weight does shift and if you dont have sufar, bread, potatoes etc you dont get those cravings for more, caused by the carb rush.I'm.back on it after Christmas excess. Wish me luck. I know I can do it, the first week is the hardest.

Try very low carb, keto or carnivore. Get's you out of the peaks and troughs of blood glucose spikes. Good way to reduce calories and burn body-fat without being hungry and tired all the time.

I lost 7 s5one on jabs last year. I stred in 2024 but most weight loss was in 2025. I was quite disabled and unable to exercise, prediabetic, hypertensive, poor mental health, major heart scare and my eating was out of control. I used the jabs to turn my lifestyle on its head. It worked. Been off jabs for 6 months, no weight gain. Did I cheat? Nope. I did what was necessary. Good luck to everyone trying.

The answer is simple, I lost my weight purely on low carb, white meat (chicken & fish) omelette with smoked salmon, tonnes of broccoli, (just a preference) lots of water combined with 25,000 steps a day. Exercise and diet work hand in hand. Others will notice you’re losing weight before you do and trust me once you start hearing that you’ll be on a mission to lose more and maintain. Most importantly it’s not just about looking good it’s all about healthy lifestyle and feeling good in yourself. Good luck 🤞🏼

Google TDEE calculator or go on ChatGPT, type in your age, height, current weight, goal weight, how many steps per day you do, and how much exercise you do, and tell it to work out your calorie deficit

Eat whatever you want as long as you’re in a calorie deficit, you’ll lose weight

Well if the snow continues I might lose weight. Can't walk to the shops and wary of driving to them. Self imposed food rationing.
