Is sucking cock bare (without condom) the same as anal without condoms? In respect to risk of STIs etc?
Recently had a guy refuse to meet me as I would do oral without but wanted protection for fucking
I may show some ignorance here, but my understanding is that oral offers a reduced, but not zero risk. Its harder for foriegn germs to penitrate any barriers (think about it, its designed to cope with germs), all bleeding gums or any other oral health issue is a big risk. The stomach acid destroys most things you'd swallow. Doesnt mean its impossible to get anything though.
Catching something from recieving oral? Not impossible, but it really has to be something active in the guys mouth, not much STI will live there. I understand AIDS can't be caught from kissing, therefore its not present in the mouth/saliva, just as an example unless anyone can tell me thats an urban myth.
Anal is a much higher risk as once inside the intestine there is much higher absorbancy for anything new to the body, especially (though not only) viral. Also much easier for STIs to live on in gut flora to infect the next dick in....

You can get some STDs from sucking a bare cock. Highly unlikely you with get HIV/AIDS unless you have abrasions in your mouth. Sucking with a condom is horrible unless you have a taste for rubber.
