It doesn't have to be complicated. Take the head off the shower hose and squirt it up you straight from the hose. Not too hot and not too much pressure. When the water is.l clear, you're good to go. Make sure all the water comes out.

To that I'll add it can take a couple of goes to get things completely clean. The feeling of water filling your rectum up is a bit strange and alien at first but you get used to it. Expelling it's going to feel like diarrhoea but without the cramps, again you get used to that and the end result is worthwhile

Less is more too. You only need 100ml or so to clean rectum. Anymore and you start filling your large intestine and be squirting shitty water for ages.

You you wanna clean rectum where hopefully a nice dick will go. Just don't fill with gallons.

Buy a bladder syringe from ebay , you'll know why when you see one.

Easy to clean and re use as well.

It’s an exit door.

If you don’t like what’s behind it, don’t open it.

Douching too often can harm the lining of the bowel.

I use a bidette spray, fill my bottom and push it all out a couple of times. To make sure that there is no water left I use a dildo with lots of lube to pump myself out. If you want to dump completely and very quickly eat three bananas a day.

I use a douche bulb, fill i up with water insert and squeeze, and wait a few seconds then force out, normally clear after 3 goes, but sometimes takes more. Best using warm water, and wait a while and repeat if necessary, sometimes you've not quite cleared it all or some water still around inside.

You soon get the hang of it.
