Whats the point of reporting fake profiles.

What is the point of reporting fake profiles?

Admin do nothing about it.

I have reported 2 in my area that are there for weeks later then when they do disappear they come back with same name and same pics.

Reported over and over but I've give up with admin.

I just block them now but realise they are wasting other people's time.

I've met several guys with no verifications so thats no indicator really. They don't want them, largely married "straight" men

Very true, I don’t “verify” others and ask that they don’t verify me . I have a couple just to confirm I am “ genuine”. Everyone’s experience with another has a different perspective.

Verifications are overrated, in my opinion. I take them with a pinch of salt. In fact I find some of them rather suspicious, as if by mutual agreement and therefore, er...maybe fake?🤦🏽‍♂️. (Reminder to myself to post on the Conspiracy Theories thread!) A lot of us on here are not particularly keen on verifs. I've stopped offering/requesting them. I hope that doesn't make me 'fake'!

If I notice a profile has taken pics from elsewhere on the internet I always report them.

Hotlist them before you do so and it's much easier to see if they get removed or not.

Perhaps if paid to be a site supporter is one..surely fake profiles wouldn't pay !

I've reported scam profiles from guys saying they were in Russia or Ukraine and they've been taken down straight away.
