Hey, not the most thrilling of topics but I was wondering what peoples thoughts are on preparing to take cock.

For me, the thought of making a mess during sex makes me anxious so I tend to not want to bottom unless I've fully douched completely and cleaned out with a soapy dildo and I simply do not have the time to do this all the time so just don't bottom.

How do you do it, especially when it's not planned?

As someone who was in a relationship for a few years and would have unplanned sex a lot, without always having time and the equipment to douche.

Getting 30grams of fibre per day is a non negotiable, and also knowing your body, then you just need a quick rinse.

Just plain warm water is more than sufficient. And...less is more. You only want rinse your rectum. More water means more mess and time as it spills into large intestine.

I just douche with a shower attachment about 1hr before a meet. I then lie on the bed so the water equalises. Maybe do a 2nd douche.

Been bottoming since my first time as a teen. 50 next year. Never had an accident.

Plus if its any consolation, any real top worth his salt isn't too bothered. Whilst they don't wanna be stabbing a log 🪵 brown lubey water coming out is part of the hazard of the job...

I douche when I shower in the morning with a nozzle that screws onto the shower head.

That sees me through to the early evening, so if I have a meet after tea time I'll have another rinse with the nozzle, just in case anything has worked it's way down the pipes.

Douching is definitely No 1 on the must-do list. Preferably with a bulb in order that only a small measured quantity of water enters your rectum and goes no further up than that. Do that 2 to 3 times.

From experience though, the big must-do is starve yourself for hours beforehand. Fasting is good for your health anyway but the big plus for a Bottom is:- nothing goes in, nothing comes out!

Douche is order of the day and then re check after an hour or so

Don't put soaps up other than washing the entrance

Soap is an irritant but if you have anal play it's inevitable that at some point you may have issues

Just dust yourself down and start again

If fucking douche need not br too deep or extensive

If using big toys or fisting a bit more needed

Tip pop a puppy training mat on the bed just in case

Re not eating depends how long a session you are having

Well it's all out of the question for me, I try to keep myself clean as I'm really paranoid and do wash myself very regularly. But and it's a big But I suffer from IBS, Diverticulitis and both internal and external hemorrhoids which make total cleaning almost impossible.

And having explored myself with a finger it does not feel what I would call pleasant up there so there's no way I would expect a guy to put his penis in there. I apologise if that's a bit graphic
