I was just wondering, I've always had a good sex life for 70+, but things have changed this past 6 months, I can get hard but lose it fairly quickly. Yes I have tried Viagra and Testogel which have little effect. Do you have that issue, am I asking too much of my body or is there a miracle potion out there that I've not come across. My partner doesn't make an issue of it but it bothers me

Stop thinking about it. Just let it do what it wants. The more you stress about it the worse it will be. Take control back from your amygdala.

I've sat with a lot of men the same, it's self confidence and I've experienced it myself so theres nothing wrong with you. I found that putting your focus on something else for a while and just ignoring the sex aspects of life works wonders for your nervous system to reconnect again, nothing works well under constant pressure, sex, work even writing. It might sound laughable to many but they'll experience it at some point too, then they'll reflect. Plus it gives you more time to do some housework for the wife or do something cool with the garden,

I'm sure she'll appreciate the rest from her own stuff and you get brownie points lol :D

I do have problems sometimes but this is down to the medications I am on, morphine and gabapentin being two of them, I'm now thinking of getting the blue tablet when I see my doctor next. I know I will have no trouble getting them because of the medications I am on but am worried about side effects

Sorry to keep popping up lol (no pun intended lol), I just had a bit of time to spare. Yeah with the blueies, even smellies, they can mess with meds, even grapefruit can be dangerous on certain ones. I've had it where the head rush has brought weird colours in my vision for hours after, most take a full one to overcompensate but you're supposed to half them to like 150 I think, don't quote me, everyone reacts different but I've known friends to have heart attacks, even bodybuilding fit guys kick it because of the sudden imbalance of hormones. Your health comes first

Thank you for the encouraging things you mention. Bluies don't seem to work for me, maybe fbecause I'm anxious or thinking of other things. Some great people on here for sure x

It was suggested by one of the TVs on here that I go to one of the group sex meets where you don't get judged or forced to do anything but as there a good few you will find something in one of these meets that will either get you hard or encourage you to do better or different things, but around here, I've yet to find one althogh I've seen some pretty hot pics of group play on here, but usually miles and miles away
