Good sound advice. I can't really add much more to that. As said, you are the one in control. Take it slowly and be aware of your limits. One finger first, then when comfortable with that, build up. If he is an experienced fitter though he should be in tune with you. And as mentioned, a good lube. There are various ones designed for fitting. Enjoy.

It took me over 12 months to accept a fist and that was my wifes....
