Doesn’t all the snow look lovely - from behind double glazing!? Excuse me while I chuck another log on the fire . . .

Always hated snow. Even as a kid. We lived on a remote farm so got snowed-in frequently. Electric and telephone in variably went down after heavy snow so hated it. Now much older and living in a town it still causes problems. Don't trust myself walking in it or driving these days. So will be glad to get back to normal winter weather i.e. dark grey skies and endless rain

Thought the snow was thawing here and indeed it is. Being gradually washed away with heavy rain. Good as long as it doesn't freeze.

It looks beautiful ❄️❄️☃️❄️ but it makes me rather nervous and uneasy 😬. And then the slush that follows the thaw is not quite so beautiful

Love looking out at the snow from the comfort of indoors. Never understand snowball fights. Hate being out in it, im unsteady on my feet at the best of times and paranoid about falling over .

I hate snow, then again, I also hate really hot sunny weather! I don't like the extremes in temperature.. .

To me the best seasons of the year are spring and autumn.

In spring everything starts growing again, autumn everything changes colour. It's nature at its best.

Berwick upon Tweed/East lothian/Edinburgh

Amazing snowy wonderland scenes from the train window while on holiday in Perthshire a few days ago. I hear the 5 Scottish ski resorts are very busy at the moment. Pubs and eating places busy, lovely country walks. Everyone with plenty of money up here. Newly retired 31/12, what is there to be miserable about ?
