Quite the question

I go cycle touring every year for a week and have done for years. On my own, just the cycling. Was starting to plan this year’s trip last night.

Out of the blue, my wife asked if there were gay campsites…

I googled it for her of course.

"Is she bi? not that I know of. She’s very conservative."

In which case, did you ask her why she asked?

Fair point. No. I feared she suspected so was very low key about it.

You should circle back and ask why she asked. You might be surprised.

Kinda random, if she supposedly doesn't know' about your liking for men/cock

If she is anything like my ex-wife (this was over 20 years ago) I would guess that she was subtly trying to confirm her suspicions.

Even though I had a mobile my ex would always call my work direct landline every time I was (legitimately) working late with some lame excuse. I always suspected that she was checking that I was actually working late...

I wonder this is the most likely but I think if she pushes again I might think about a “why do you ask”. Though that in itself is a giveaway, surely?

Think it's definitely worth a 'so I've been thinking about what you said' conversation. She's not necessarily going to become a fluffer for a line of hung cocks for you but that feels like a pretty big clue she dropped to something being on her mind.

If this a genuine post, and she had suspicions, your non/"very low key" response will have confirmed them, IMO

I think that you didn't ask why she asked is more of a giveaway. .

I was once told by my wife that ‘Naked attraction’ was on tv. She said she thought I would like to watch it and there were naked men on it.

I think that was her way of subtly letting me know that she knows.

Nothing more said, but she doesn’t ask any questions when I go out on my own sometimes.

Yes- it’s a genuine post. I posted because it seemed like the kind of thing many of us may have experienced and want to see how it might have played out for others, or at face value see if there was a different view possible to mine.

And it’s chat - it’s the forum lounge.

I guess from your viewpoint and that of a couple of others, my way of answering means I’ve basically told her I’m into men. If nothing happens from here, then I guess that’s not a bad thing - she knows, she’s leaving it alone.

It MAY not be so black and white. People have a habit of allowing their fears and suspicions to create a 'non-reality.' It's possible that she read an article somewhere/heard from a colleague/friend about this wonderful gay resort that blew the straight competition out of the water. Unlikely, I know, but the point is that without discussion no one knows

She maybe starting to gather evidence, you'll have to try and not change your behaviour too much.

Is your phone locked, Internet browser history on, do you have location tracking?

My feeling too. OP 'should' be / act surprised at such random but precise question if they both are as straight as they both think 🤔. Again, maybe it was all precisely that, a random question. However, I will forever maintain that the women in a bi/gay guy's life always know/suspect strongly🧐
