The virus that’s doing the rounds at present is more than a cold but less than flu. I’ve had it since Boxing Day and still feel rough. I saw a msm article yesterday that said the virus thrives in the cold and the advice was to keep warm, rest and take cold remedies.

I seem to have shaken all the general cold symptoms, but my energy levels are really low, and my balance is still iffy.

I had it the week before Christmas, cleared in time for the big day then back it came after boxing day. Today's the first day I've started to feel better, still coughing but definitely easing off.

Hope all the guys who have or are suffering from these colds and flu are getting better.

I was eventually given a five day course of prednisolone as I have mild asthma and it flared up and it worked, virtually overnight.

At last it's gone. Bar a little cough. It exacerbated my mild asthma which I normally don't have trouble with.

Steroids Dr gave me worked.

However. It's back to masks now in public for me during this winter. Don't care what it looks like.
