The justification for removing Maduro and claiming to be running Venezuela and their oil industry is based on extremely flimsy evidence, and has been carried out with zero authority. It's completely unjustified. Seizing the oil tankers is a different matter altogether. They're been running oil between Iran, Russia and Venezuela, against international sanctions.
