Don’t understand at 65 having a tight foreskin have you never wanked?

Never wasted behind your foreskin when you wash if you had don’t understand why it’s tight.

I would say get circumcised but at 65 a bit late in the day.

I got cut just over a year ago at the age of 49.

I ripped my banjo string which caused scar tissue and my foreskin became so tight it was painful every time I wanted to have sex, wash and wank.

I saw my male GP who gave me steroid creams and stretching techniques for over a year before making the decision to get cut.

It wasn't an easy decision, but for me and my circumstances, it was the right one.

I was lucky and got a high cut which meant I kept as much of the inside of my foreskin, to try and keep as much feeling as possible.

Everyone's experience of a circumcision later in life is different. Mine was unfortunately very painful. Yours could be totally different.

BUT ....think long and hard before making a decision. Once it's gone, it's gone.

Circumcision should only be seen as a last resort. Go to your GP or the local Sexual Health clinic to get prescribed steroid creams whilst also looking into stretching exercises.

As others have said find out if there's other health issues causing your foreskin to be tight.

If like me you try all the other non surgical options available and you still have a tight foreskin get yourself circumcised even then you can have a low and loose cut so there's still a small amount of foreskin left when flaccid.
