I worked in Denmark for a short spell in 76. At a party a guy came in who had just completed a tour in Greenland for the Danish government working as a mechanic on military vehicles. He,as my self, is civilian. The point being is that for completing the contract he got paid well and totally tax free.

Just got my van back from a mechanic who misdiagnosed the problem, didn't fix it, left it worse then when he took it, told me it wasn't worth fixing, lied about putting parts in it and took 7 weeks doing all this. Absolute joke. Everyone moans about cowboy builders, more cowboy mechanics should be outed.

I wish i was ,I'm a builder but useless with anything mechanical, out of curiosity how much roughly would it cost to change a cam belt it's not gone but is due it's a peugeot if that helps
