There is no reason why cottaging can’t be revived. My local has been refurbished and is kept clean, so more inviting than the old places. But it still has a “clientele”, maybe not so many as in the old days.

There was a guy I used to meet with regularly in a cottage on my way home from work. As soon as he saw me it was into a large cubicle and the fun started.
