Ive got a PA, and I have FBs with PAs. The risk to hurting you is very minimal, unless he uses it to tease your hole roughly. The real risk, which he will know, is rough sex damaging his cock quite severely, so trust that he knows what hes doing. Once he's inside you, i doubt you will notice it very much. Unusual for someone to have a PA that they can't swiftly remove.

He did try to remove it, but said he hadn't removed it for about 3 months, so maybe that was the reason.
