Get yourself tested. You may have no symptoms but actually have something. Some infections can block your tubes up. Can you pee ok? If not get PSA test to see if your prostate is ok. Drink water everyday , don’t wank every day.

Since radiotherapy, hormone therapy and tamsulosin for prostate cancer I was unable to ejaculate for nearly two years.
