Taken from _erscumdump who listed this as one of his daftest first messages but honestly I'm obsessed with wondering now.

I go Wednesday. I find Friday is mental busy and Thursday got that way too but any earlier just doesn't compute for me.

"Early as in 7am thurs or fri cos its easier to park at that time of day"

I'm not usually awake enough to do it then but fair play. Is that before all the old people get there and clog up the aisles?

I'm now wondering if theres a favourite day, and as I dont go shopping, I'm missing out on some cruising in the aisles opportunities. I'm keenly watching this one.

Thursday it’s safer! Fridays is mental some people shouldn't be pushing trolleys, and they drive to supermarkets.

Also on way home drop into a quirky cafe come shop and everyone seems to know everybody there. You can join peeps at their table. Also homemade cake n great coffee.

Online sucks i don’t want a cabbage substituted for a lemon🙄 and don’t start me on dates and squashed food.

Every day. Can't handle the trauma of the bill for a weekly shop so I have to break it into day-size chunks. Plus we eat a lot of fresh stuff so it's best bought fresh.

I've found Wednesday to be even more chill in my area with good stock availability still!

I am NOT in

So many questions...

Was it about grocery shopping?

If so, the big shop?

If not groceries, was it going out shopping or out shopping-shopping ?

The day I feel less likely to be tempted to use the trolley as a battering ram. Hate shopping.

Anyone else ever thought wonder what would happen if I let the trolley go totally out of control into that wine display? 🤔

Whenever I need something . Hate the dithering people wandering the aisles so try to time it when quieter.

Sometimes I'll do click & collect to avoid the masses

I go either late tues / early weds between 11pm and 1am

And sat early an between 1am and 3 am

Because theres plenty of parking spaces no screaming kids at that hour of the day and the roads are quiet and no queing for petrol

Boom !

I’m intrigued how do you go about picking up a straight guy in a supermarket? I’d love to try

Daily.. it's a social aspect that I enjoy. Relaxing on a train or bus, bumping into people and having a moan about life.

I tend not to keep keep things in a freezer when Iceland stores it for you.

Monday I was in Birkenhead

Then Liverpool and Then Wigan in the evening

New bra and knickers bought amongst other food items.

Early Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon which is usually the quietest time of the week. Trouble is you usually get the old fogeys [Oops! Almost qualify as one of those myself!] or the weirdo and raving nutter brigade out and about at that time. No thought of cruising or sex [sometimes you get a good looking guy on the checkout to drool over] Just a short, sharp military style operation. Get in, get what I want and get out again.
