Is the rise in autism / adhd etc down to the fact that people whom nature did not intend to successfully pass their (defective)genes on now can, by using various infertility treatments?
I shouldn't think so. I expect the prevalence of such is down to better and swifter diagnosis. I remember not many years ago at all that kids would be called retarded, or backwards, or slow or odd. Nowadays they'd get a diagnosis. Society, as a general rule, is more accepting.
