Is there anybody on here who like me lactates? I started 6 months after being on female hormones some 20 years ago, I'm no longer on hormones due to age and not transitioning but can still can lactate? (PM me for pics)

Yes I also lactate.

High prolactin levels stimulate breast milk production.

2 ways of achieving this, Hormone replacement treatment and if you're not on hrt then it's a medical issue which could be hypothyroidism, prolactinomas and medication for blood pressure.

There is stress that affects prolactin to but I wouldn't think to that extent.
