In the straight world for the most part when a male and female connect they know what their roles are / what is hoped for from them.

In the gay world its not so straight forward. Most of my encounters with guys have been through sites like this where we all know why we are here and can set expectations and roles etc before we meet.

If you encounter a guy in the oytside world and assuming there is some kind of connection, interest on both sides at what point do you broach the subject of if you are top etc? I once worked at a company where there was a high number of openly gay guys, plus i assume some like me who where keeping a secret and with the odd exception had no idea if they were top, bottom etc.

I know like most things i am just overthinking it.

No but that would be an experience, initially a couple of guys i didnt realise they were gay, not that i would expect everyones sexuality to be obvious.

Hardly the greatest challenge in our community as you'll find on this app the majority are bottom.

Even the sides and versas. My experience anyway.
