If you like or dislike the President, he won a legal election in the USA. As such his title in this country is ‘President of the United States’, and his wife’s title is ‘First Lady of the United States’. Just as our king has the title of ‘King of Zthe United Kingdom’ etc etc when he goes to America. You don’t like Mr Trump, or his policies or methods, but that has no affect on his title.
