"You shouldn't. You're at work, and coming on to someone at work is sexual harassment. Just go with a casual and friendly "hello" and see where it goes. Prepare to be disappointed." This, depends on your intentions. If it's to meet other gay folk in a work setting, great, be friendly. If it's for sexual liaison, dont even think about it.

"There is a guy at work I like. He is gay and as partner. How should I approach him" First think about if you like and want to keep your job. Remember there are employment and other laws which you could fall foul of which could cost you your job. On the other hand so long as you avoid anything sexual (suggestive or inappropriate) and keep it on a social level, then you can get to know them on that level. If they are interested they may suggest a social meet outside of work. Just keep it out of the workplace.
