Has China ever assisted any nation in enhancing its financial situation? All I observe is a drain and the extraction of resources... They seem beneficial to governments, enabling them to maintain control over their populations; democracy will gradually vanish, paving the way for dictatorship. Consider North Korea, Iran, and various African nations. God help the UK; where are we headed???
