I did life modelling yonks ago when I was an apprentice fitter / welder for art students at Froebel college in Roehampton. I did it a few times and I distinctly remember wearing a black Guns n Roses t shirt and ripped jeans and another time semi naked but had my boxers on with a towel draped over me. The company I worked for had a maintenance contract there 😂

Used to model for the group my wife went to. It is significantly harder (sic) than you think. Holding a pose for 10 mins is difficult, sometimes longer.

No thoughts of stiffening - older ladies and boring gents !

I used to pose for life drawing and photographers as an art student, to earn a bit of extra cash. Life drawing posing is a lot harder than it looks, you have to hold the pose from 5 min to 40 min poses. Generally the longer the pose, the lower or more laid out you get. Also a bit of knowledge of classical poses does help, thought you are often guided a bit.. It’s not as sexual as you would assume, although as an artist I was I in a group once where a guy started to get a hard on and drip a bit of pre cum. Which was quietly ignored.. Posing for photographers is more intimate, some will ask for you to be hard as well as soft. But that’s down to the kind of style and explicitness of the images. Though did suck off a lot of photographers at the end of the sessions over the years.

I did some photo modeling for a photographer years ago when I was a student to earn a little extra cash. Kind of got conned into it as had no idea at the time he meant for me to be naked and that there would actually be 3 photographers taking pictures of me. But it was actually a lot of fun and it was a high energy session, and yeah I got hard as requested, and 2 of the younger photographers got naked too. There was some additional fun to be had as well.

I used play Sunday league football years ago and if you'd been sent off you would have draw a forfeit out a hat at end of season party. Forfeits ranged from getting drinks in, shaving head to getting managers name tattooed on arse but i picked out life drawing model. It was arranged by a teammates wife who was an art teacher at evening school. So one evening in July i had to stand for an hour totally naked in front of a dozen strangers and 5/6 teammates wifes and enjoyed it. The drawings used surface every so often but as it was a warm night there was no shrinkage i had nothing be embarrassed about.
