Had a great meet arranged, really excited to meet this guy but I hadn’t thought thro his close he was once he said he was setting out! We were supposed to be sharing a shower at mine but we wouldn’t have both fitted in!

So to put it bluntly douching was taking a bit longer than it should and I missed the doorbell going. I just didn’t hear it coz the shower was going.

Came out of the shower to read a message from him saying he had rung the bell and no answer! Understandably he was pissed off, I have apologised and I asked him to come back but he wouldn’t….. my fault entirely, I apologised but he has blocked me now, lesson learned.

That's a shame.. Yes usually they message to say they can't show up literally an hour before or got lost on the way grrrr

I think just apologise and move on.

Hard to arrange meets but worth it in the end

Nothing to worry. Plenty of other and better guys are waiting for you to have fun. You can't text him to explain because he blocked you. He must be frustrated after making an effort to meet you and no one answering the bell. I can understand how he is feeling.

I can see both sides of this situation. How often does the doorbell chime or the phone ring when you are in the shower or loo? Frequently and frustratingly so. Happened to me this morning with a tradesman coming to price up a job [NO. No sex involved you fantasists!] I'd be pretty miffed if I turned up for a meet and didn't get an answer. Wouldn't block them but would demand an explanation. The OP should have arranged a specific time.
