Curious question from a gay guy, at what point does a guy go from being Bi-curious to Bi?

I know some Bi-curious guys prefer not to kiss another guy, so I wonder is a guy becomes Bi when he kisses another guy for the first time?

Just curious

If you've done things with another guy, and haven't decided that it's not for you, then you're no longer curious.

My view is these titles are rather meaningless. They’re used by people outside the situation wanting ascribe a name to something and put a person in a pigeonhole. For people using these terms I’d suggest they are searching for identity. Something to feel part of. To answer your question I’d say bi curious for as long as it takes to figure out if you like sex and intimacy with both genders. If you do and carry on you’re bi. If you try it out and it’s not for you then you’re not bi curious any longer.

Surely bi-curious means they are “curious” about having sexual contact with another person of the same sex.

Once it has happened they are no longer curious (except maybe to do more).

Whether they kiss or not is irrelevant. Why would you think that? Some on here identify as bi-sexual but still don’t kiss.

I'd say bi when you have had more than one experience and enjoy it

Actually it does matter, Bi Curious suggests new or very inexperienced which will put a lot of guys off as these are the people more likely to chicken out when they realise shit is getting real, also if you're bi curious and have a long list of veris you are no longer curious, change your status.

Curious until you've tried it. Do it a second time and you are Bi.

Pretty much word for word what I was thinking.

It's not complicated.

If you still want more man-on-man sex after a second sex session. After the first you may still be a bit curious and not sure whether you enjoyed it or not. But after the second you should know if it is for you so you stop being curious.

Had sex with a mate whom I'd long fancied when we were both about 20ish. I enjoyed it but, although he thanked me for the experience, he said it had satisfied his curiosity but it just wasn't for him.

In a world of my own

It’s only another ‘label’ to attached to your personal ‘suitcase’, to allow the user to comfortably to slot themselves’ into thus site, perhaps?

For years I was celibate but gay through and through, there wasn’t a category for that scenario other than ‘gay’.

No, I’d say you are curious until you have tried it a couple of times and made your mind up one way or the other, at which point you are no longer curious.

The problem is people just don’t bother to update their profile.
